All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after you place your order. Once processed, your package will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver all orders within 6–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and local courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3999.

  • A minimal shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹500.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Delays

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or logistical delays), delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we’re always working to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Amarr, we take pride in delivering premium-quality apparel that is carefully inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy thoroughly before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Delays caused by courier or shipping partners

  • Minor color or print variations due to lighting or screen settings

We strongly encourage all customers to double-check sizes, colors, and product details before completing their purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare case you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Our team will review the case, and replacement eligibility will be solely at our discretion.
